I am a dedicated teacher living in Los Angeles where I maintain a private studio as well as teach Suzuki group classes through the Pasadena Suzuki Music Program. (www.pasadenasuzuki.org)  I am currently accepting students of all ages and levels, from beginner to adult.

I have a Master of Music degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where I studied with Pamela Frank and Ani Kavafian, and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Southern California where I studied with Robert Lipsett.

I am a certified Suzuki instructor (https://suzukiassociation.org) and have completed Suzuki training with Liz Arbus, Rick Mooney, Judy Offman, Peggy Ann Crow, Michele Higa George, Cathryn Lee, and Charles Krigbaum. I am also a member of the Music Teachers Association of California (www.mtac.org), where I participate in the Certificate of Merit program, and the American String Teachers Association. (https://www.astastrings.org/)

I have taught at the Los Angeles Suzuki Institute and have given masterclasses through the National Federation of Music Clubs. I also currently coach chamber music with the Junior Chamber Music program. (http://www.juniorchambermusic.org/)

I love teaching and consider it an honor when a parent entrusts me with their child’s musical education. Music brings joy, discipline, and a sense of accomplishment which can be transformative to a child’s growth in every area of their life.

Please contact me through the CONTACT tab if you would like to know more about my studio and to arrange for a free trial lesson. I would love to bring the joy of music to your family!
